Watermelon Poke Bowl

We made a gorgeous Poke inspired nourish bowl this week. It was packed with nutrients and whole ingredients such as edamame, sweet potato, red cabbage, kale and cucumbers. As our base we used brown rice.

All the ingredients tasted awesome, I especially loved the way my friend flavoured the watermelon to taste like salmon. However, I think we should have added a sauce to blend all the flavours together.
